Jian Zhuang is a deep tech business development specialist with extensive experience scaling innovation across the UK and China. She began her career by founding Jianfeng Consulting and co-founding Zinergy UK, where she secured seed funding for flexible battery technologies and helped establish a joint venture in China that led to early commercial success.

As Co-Founder of Henan Yingneng New Materials, Jian led fundraising and built strategic partnerships to advance nano carbon innovation in China. Since 2019, she has served as CEO of Hearsay Nanomaterials Ltd, focusing on scaling advanced carbon nanomaterials for use in energy storage, biomedical devices, microelectronics, and sustainable products.

Jian’s expertise spans a wide range of deep tech sectors—including carbon nanomaterials, energy systems, wireless tech, medical devices, IoT, robotics, and AI. She is known for bridging international ecosystems, building supply chains, and guiding startups and SMEs through commercialization and market entry.

Dr. Haolan Wang is a leading nanomaterials expert and tech entrepreneur. A Ph.D. graduate of the Engineering Department at the University of Cambridge, he co-founded Henan Yingneng New Materials, a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise in China, and serves as CTO of Hearsay Nanomaterials Ltd in the UK. With over 30 publications and patents, his work—featured in *Nature* and developed with industry leaders like Nokia—has earned global recognition across both academic and commercial sectors.

Co-Founder & COO

Dr. Benxuan Li is an Electrical and Electronic Engineering scientist and entrepreneur with a Ph.D. from the University of Cambridge. His research focused on photovoltaics, supercapacitors, transistors, and quantum dots. As Co-Founder of Jianfeng Consulting Ltd., he applies his deep expertise in nanomaterials and electronics to drive innovation and supply chain strategies in advanced technologies.
