She began her career by founding Jianfeng Consulting, where she supported Zinergy UK's flexible battery technology company by securing seed capital in 2016 as Co-Founder. She subsequently facilitated the formation of the joint venture Zinergy China, establishing a technology collaboration with an LPWAN2.0 Tech Solution Company that led to the first sale in 2018.
Ms. Zhuang has also been instrumental as the Co-Founder of Henan Yingneng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., where she raised funds and seed capital, and built ecosystem partnerships to advance the company's technology collaboration and marketing efforts in China. Since 2019, she has served as the founding director and CEO of Hearsay Nanomaterials Ltd, focusing on scaling cutting-edge carbon nanomaterials for applications in energy storage and conversion, including supercapacitors, fuel cells, PEM, microelectronic chemical sensors, electromagnetic shielding, biomedical uses such as biosensors, drug delivery, new tracers for lymph node mapping, and cosmetic products.

During his time at Cambridge, under the supervision of Prof. Gehan Amaratunga, he embarked on a transformative journey of research and discovery, delving into fields including photovoltaic cells, supercapacitors, field-effect transistors, and quantum dot synthesis. Mr. Kailong Wang is a distinguished technical expert in battery product technology and battery manufacturing engineering, with extensive experience in the lithium battery industry and a broad professional network.
Mr. Wang holds the title of Senior Engineer and is recognized as an expert with a government subsidy from the State Council. He serves as a technology consultant in Guangdong Province and is a senior member of the China Institute of Communications.
He earned his undergraduate degree in Radio Wave Propagation and Antenna Engineering from Wuhan University in 1990 and obtained a Master's degree in Electromagnetic Fields and Microwave Technology from the China Academy of Space Technology in 1993.
From 1993 to 1999, Mr. Wang worked at the China Academy of Space Technology, where he participated in the development of satellite transponders and contributed to the successful launch of China's first-generation geostationary meteorological satellite, Fengyun-2.
Between 1999 and 2012, he joined TCL, where as a founding team member, he led the TCL mobile phone team to become the top domestic brand, resulting in its listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. During this period, he also served as a director at TCL Golden Power Battery Co., Ltd. for five years.
Since 2013, Mr. Wang has founded Guangdong EVE Electronics (a subsidiary of EVE Energy) and Shenzhen ZME Internet Mobile Communication Co., Ltd. (acquired by EVE Energy), focusing on China’s BeiDou application technology and new energy battery management technology development.
In December 2015, he established the Wuhan Mobile Internet Industrial Technology Research Institute, where he serves as Chairman, Executive Director, and CTO, overseeing the development and operation of IoT technologies and products.
Mr. Wang has led seven provincial and ministerial-level as well as national major projects, filed 32 patent applications, received 25 authorizations, and published 14 papers. With over a decade of successful entrepreneurial experience, he is a seasoned expert in electronic system engineering.
